5000 kilometres and 500 litres of petrol down the road there is Perth! This was probably one of the most amazing trips that I’ve ever made. Before we (as in Kim, my travelbuddy, and me) left, a lot of people (mainly Australians) warned us and told us we were crazy: “You know there is nothing there?” “Have you seen Wolf Creek?” And, well, we checked (a few times): there is nothing there, that’s true. Being a Ducthy, that actually attracted me and I loved it! Kilometres of emptiness. We never felt alone though; every now and than you see another car.
